Okay, so now that we have over 2,000 miles on our Jeep Renegade, we've developed a slight but somewhat annoying rattle right where the passenger side sun visor clips into the retainer on the headliner. At first, we thought it was being caused by the visor extensions or maybe the vanity mirror but, after fiddling around with it a bit, we were able to determine the rattle was just coming from the retaining clip. In fact, if you pull out the sun visor and clip it back in, the rattle will go away, or at least for a bit anyway. I should note that this rattle only starts up after we've been driving for quite a while on a rough road or on a fire road. We do not hear it driving around town or on a smooth highway. Is anyone else having this issue?

That would drive me nuts. I hope you figure out what it is and it's an easy fix.

Oh yeah, drives me nuts when it happens. Fortunately, for the most part, it doesn't rattle so I don't think about it too much. Gotta start pulling things apart if I can to figure it out.
