For those of you that ordered your Renegade how long did you end up waiting? My dealership said 4-7 weeks which seems kind of quick to me since they are coming from Itally.
Are you seriously thinking about getting a Renegade?! That is so cool!! Before we found our Renegade, we were being told anywhere between 2-3 months. Of course, that was back before they were even released here in the U.S. That being said, I could see how you could get one sooner so long as what you're wanting is also something more typical of what most are being made as. I have little doubt that's also the reason why the "convenience" packages are offered with so much stuff in each. That way it's easier to just pull what is needed out of a bin and add it to a Renegade being made.
We are seriously considering it now. It wasn't planned until late 2017. However, the daily isn't doing to well and it's a bonus that Jeep is offering it in the same color as my JK. I did fail to ask how they handle trade ins on an order. It would be difficult to only have one vehicle while we waited for it to arrive. Guess I need to call tomorrow and find out.
That's awesome! Can't wait to see your new Renegade. As far as trade ins go, I'd have to think that a dealership would be more than happy to work with you.
That's awesome news @MR.Ty! I did what @wayoflife mentioned, grabbed one that had a convenience package with pretty much everything I wanted anyways. Luckily, they had Omaha Orange at another dealership within the state. Good luck with the search and looking forward to seeing how your BU develops.
