Jeep Renegade Crash Tested: Awarded Coveted 5-Star Rating

    Just read the following article in the European journal Auto Evolution and apparently, the Jeep Renegade was crash tested by the Euro NCAP and did well enough to be awarded their coveted 5-Star Rating. You can see the article below as well as two crash test videos:

    Glad to see it has achieved such a high safety rating. When we got our Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk(that I just traded in on the '15 JK last month) one of the best features was it's high safety rating, since my wife drives with our 2 year old daughter in the back. I have a JK again and the Renegade is at the top of her list for a new car, so I'm relieved to see it rates better than other small cars she was looking at. Now to decide; Trail Hawk or Limited.
