Just read an article on Car and Driver and in it, they list out all the standard equipment you get with each of the Jeep Renegade models + the options you can get with them. I still can't believe that in today's day and age, new vehicles are still being offered in the U.S. without air conditioning but, apparently, that is the case with the Sport. Having seen this and seeing that the Sport doesn't come with a MySky option, I think it's pretty clear that the Latitude or even Trailhawk will be still be more of what I'd be wanting to get. Sport: $18,990 + $2000 for all-wheel drive; standard equipment includes a six-speed manual transmission, 1.4L turbo four, 16-inch steel wheels (awesome!), remote keyless entry, power windows, steering-wheel audio controls, fold-forward front passenger seat, hill-start assist. Wow. That info may just help to sway me from the Trailhawk. Coupled with the fact the there are more tire choices for 16" rims. I may just go with a Latitude. Ill have to test drive both transmissions as well. Still thinkg automatic at this point.
When all is said and done, I don't think the price difference will be all that much or, at least in terms of monthly payments but, the Latitude having a 6 speed is really temping.
