hi guys was considering putting the day star lift on my 2015 renegade latitude .
I'm sure a lot of you installed the lift kit yourselves , but was wondering if any of you guys out there had it put on . Was wondering what you paid for someone to put it on .( not including the $400 for the actual lift itself) also what is a guesstimate of how long it takes someone to install? Thanks guys!

It is a very simple lift, I haven't done it, but have done many and seen how this one is, quite simple.

If you have any friends who are even reasonably mechanically inclined you should be able to accomplish it at home!

However, if you're just flat not comfortable with it, then obviously don't! I can't see Paying someone hundreds of dollars to install though, just my 2 cents!

If you are concerned with voiding your warranty, or any issues that might arise down the road I would have it installed by a competent shop and keep the paperwork.

Most places will void the warranty automatically if the owner does their own modifications.

Got it installed by a Jeep Service shop with alignment for right around $400 it was the second one they had done and finished it in a few hours, however they had problems with the alignment (very common) and ended up keeping it a day and a half

Having mine installed at the end of the month. Shop told me $400-500 depending on if any issues arise.

Also, if you shop around you can find the kit for much closer to $300 than $400.

My shop quoted me 100 per wheel if there were no problems, but this is the first Renegade they've lifted so im a little afraid to see how it goes to be honest. They do a lot of Jeeps, and it isn't exactly rocket science so hopefully they figure it out.
