I've seen this mentioned on some other forums, and it has decent reviews. It's an OBDii scanner that transmits by Bluetooth to your apple/android smartphone.

They say it can scan and even clear trouble codes, you can create custom gauge screens, and even set high/low limit alarms on the gauges. You can monitor things like boost, oil temp, water temp, fuel-air ratio, MAF input.... All on your phone.

What are your thoughts? It seems like it could be worth it for $80.

they have cheaper ones that do the same thing. I have one for my 08 corvette that I paid 8$ for and then 9$ for the app on my phone. It actually works wonders too. clears codes and everything.

its definitely worth it. I race my corvette so I need a lot of extra gauges and since its a racing setup it throws codes all the time and using that thing clears them and everything so definitely check it out.

Would this let me reset the service schedule? I do all the maintenance on the jeep, I'll do 2 oil changes by 10000, I want to be able to set it to the next service interval without taking it to the dealer.

I know how to clear the oil change message, but the service schedule is not related. In the EVIC in counts down the days & miles to the next scheduled service (first at 10,000 miles), oil change is duty based. I was hoping it would simply reset itself once miles are passes but everything I've read indicates you need to reset the service schedule via the OBD port, hence my question in this thread.
