So if my TH has the Goodyear wranglers, do you think I would be able to win a dispute about the tires not being "all-terrain"? I saw on here somewhere that somebody tried and the dealership told them that "all-season" is "all-Terrain" and that's about as far as they got.

If the tires are supposed to be different than the ones I currently have I definitely want the ones they are supposed to come with...or at least a credit to get more aggressive tires.

It is worth giving it a try. I had to go to my dealer first then to Jeep wave and it was a lot of back and forth, but in the end they did agree to pay $735 just for the tires. The mounting and balance I had to pay for myself.

An email sent by FCA regarding my 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk tires. A fight that started last June with a lot of phone calls, emails, and patience to jeep customer service, to the dealer, and finally to jeep corporate office.

    Mr. Mendoza,

A reimbursement check has been processed in the amount of $655.75 payable to Reynaldo Mendoza Jr. and will be sent to the below address. You will receive the reimbursement check within 1-2 weeks.
