So, erm...Anyone thought about taking the doors off?

I'm no Moe-canic or body specialist...So I wouldn't know where to start...but you think its possible?

Anyone seen it?

 

its possible, ive seen a few guys on instagram do it. it looked goofy, but, it seems to be possible

 

Yea I just looked a little harder and found a guy that did it in Fl...def changes the look...but I think with a little "make up" around the door wells, it wouldn't look have bad. According to his thread it wasn't that difficult either...hmm

Nah I hear ya, def no comparing to a Wrangler...but I think it could be done a Lil better than what was done there...but I think I'm a fan

 

What the guy did say was that the check engine/service light came on for the entire time he had it off. Went off as soon as he put back on, but the Renny didn't like it.

I'm wondering if the 4WD system will not engage BC of the engine light.

Also I think he had issues with the radio when it was off.

You would need to figure out a way to resolve those issues too... But the actual taking off was supposed to be really easy.
