hey gals and gals.....when I make a left turn and the seatbelt locks up to hold me in place I'm getting a noise from the driverside height adjust....I pull on it real fast and when it locks up you get this noise...it wobbles quite a bit like it's loose....passengerside is a lot tighter and I don't hear it when someone is in the seat....is there a way to tighten the looseness out...it's the part that adjust the seatbelt up and down to go over your shoulder....can it be tightened......thanks
