Disconnecting sway bar and reconnecting, getting it tight enough

I'm having issues getting my sway bar tightened back up, the little open end wrenches don't seem to be enough. Looks like I'll have to remove the tire and use a breaker bar or rattle gun. Anyone have a better solution other than a new workout?

 

If you remove the tire, an air ratchet should do the trick.

 

Looks like I'll buy a impact to make things quicker, cost of having fun.
