Anyone else having issues with the Beats audio set up or at the very least, disappointed? It's almost like there is no subwoofer at all. I traded in a 14 Grand Cherokee for this 2016 Renegade and that's the only thing I don't enjoy!
There is a TSB for the issue, I had the TSB done and it helped but... Still not the best sounding system at all, my 09 Cube with a stock stereo had better sound. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

I have a beats audio system as well. I am not having any sound issues, however when connecting an iPhone via USB, the radio completely shuts off and displays 'sound system unavailable' on the dash. After about 30 seconds the radio restarts itself and displays 'cannot transfer tagged song to ipod'. We have check for any tagged songs and there are none and we have reset the settings on the radio. Still the same issue. Anyone have any insight on this issue?

Took mine in for an oil change and a recall. The rep said they check for updates and all, not sure what exactly they did... if anything. I mean really, unless you are looking over the tech's shoulder would you really know they did something to the electronics. At any rate, now it seems like my beats stereo sounds better. I didn't mind it much before, it sounded alright. Now it's like, duuuude, i HAVE the beats audio. Beefier sound, subtle but noticeable improvement.
