Pretty much right in the middle of the State of Nevada and about half way between the towns of Tonopah and Ely, there lies two off-road destinations about 20 miles apart and both of which were created by massive explosions. The first is a huge bowl shaped hole in the ground known as the Lunar Crater and the second is the location of a nuclear test site known as, Project Faultless. In this short video, you'll get to follow us on our adventure to explore these two, unique to Nevada sites, with our good friends Tony and Stephanie and in our trusty little Jeep Renegades. This is the first in a series of new short videos we hope to produce highlighting the rich history and the amazing places you can see in our beautiful state or, what we like to refer to as, Nevada's Silver Lining. We hope that you enjoy our presentation. Special thanks goes out to our good friends Tony and Stephanie for helping us to film the footage that you see in this video.
This was definitely a great trip. Your awesome video reminds me we need to get back out there and do some more exploring. Thanks for the great times and putting together another awesome video.
Thanks, we certainly love it out here! Definitely need to get back out there and again, thank you and Steph for joining for all the fun and for all your help in making this video possible
Eddie congratulations for the the video. Very good to see Renny overcoming obstacles. What is the model and size of your tires? Did you need to use wheel spreaders?
Thanks everyone, we're glad that you enjoyed the video We are running 225 Cooper STT Pros mounted on Chevy HHR wheels and yes, we are running 1.25" wheel spacers
Home Means Nevada Awesome video, it's so good to see those vistas. I grew up in Nevada and miss its wide open spaces. My grandparents had a mining claim in the northern part of the state and we spent summers wheeling 60 miles off the pavement for weeks at a time. There's no more wheeling friendly state.
