I have the stock 16 alloys on my Sport 4x4 and i want to run a slight wider tire. I am looking at the size 225/65R16 which is .5 taller and .4 wider than the 8.5 tires i have now. Would this fit on my renegade with out compromising off roading? Just want a lager foot print with a more aggressive tread pattern. Im also considering 215/70R16. Thanks for all the help.
Ahhh the hood decal threw me off lol have you done some off roading with your new tires? Any rubbing?
Haha and yeah I have. No rubbing, going to try to go a size bigger though maybe throw on some spacers as well
Ahhh i am a bit nervous about running spacers. I like my stock wheels lol here is my stock renegade still with paper plates lol

Alex your running nothing but stock on your 4x4 sport correct? No lift no spacers? Im seeing if I can get away with the KO2's 215/65R16's with stock equipment on my 4x2 sport.
I went ahead and got them ordered, they should be in next Monday I will update you after their installed. I got the size that is displayed on the driver side door sile. 215/65/16
Tires were delivered to the shop today, couldn't of left works parking lot any quicker haha. Got 215/65/16, guy drove it around the block once said no issues. Slight road noise as expected. Couldn't be happier.
Looks good! We went with a 225/60 and rides great. We do more highway driving so it will work better for us. If they stocked those I would have bought them though
I am thinking of going with the 215/65/16 general grabbers. I am not planning on lifting the jeep anytime soon but i still want that offroad perk. I do take this little guy through trails but when the rain hits i want to run through mud lol. I want to keep the tires close or at the stock size because i like that larger wheel gap and plus the fact its my daily driver
