Fun in the snow.

    With the snow and ice we have received in Central MA over the last few days, I have been able to play around with the 4x4 drive modes. Let me say that sand mode on the snow is an absolute blast.

    What is the benefit of sand mode bs snow mode in the snow?

    Sand mode turns off the traction control and holds first gear a lot longer. Doughnuts come to mind. Try it tomorrow, we are supposed to get about a foot of snow.

    Sand mode also seems to equally distribute the power 50-50 front-back. The steering also doesn't seem to be as heavy as snow mode.
