Has anyone here done any vinyl wrapping on their Renegade? Particularly the roof. I'm thinking of doing it once the weather shapes up. I did the roof of my Forte I had a good many years back and it turned out pretty nicely. I didn't have the roof grooves that the Renny has though so I'm wondering if anyone has done this and if there's any particular way the went about it to get it to look good. I definitely want to do satin black to match the grille. If the roof comes out good, I will most likely do the hood as well. Still not sure what to do with the badges though. I may plastidip if I choose not to go badgeless. Either way, if I wrap the hood, I'll have to decide what to do with the hood badge. Will also be going satin black on wheels once that time rolls around come spring. So, anyone attempted it and got some pics to show?

This guy tried. If you have more experience with vinyl, it will probably go better. I did the vinyl on my hood no problem first time by myself and I love it.

Yeah, I've seen that one and found one other who tried to wrap his orange hood and neither did it right. If it didn't have the four grooves along the roof, it would be cake. I've been watching a lot of videos of people who do it professionally and think as long as I take my time I should be able to get it right. The hood won't be a problem.

Plastic dip may be the way to go. I've done the front lower facia and my mirrors in matte black. The roof is next on my list.
