What in the world is this

So why are opening the passenger door I heard a squeak of such I looked inside the door jam there was a foam piece I thought it was for shipping you can push it in so I said let me look to see if it’s on the other side when I did that I can pull it up a little and I found this inside offender. What the heck is this?

It's my first time seeing that I don't think I have that with mine.

 

maybe check later today it’s just a piece of foam. I’m wondering

 

I knew I saw the yellow clips but, couldn't remember where. The door was throwing me off I think. But, the clips are a cover of the headlights adjustment bolt. Not sure why they are in your door area.

I believe the foam is just sound insulation stuff to keep the cab more quiet, I checked mine last night and had it also.. Glad to be of help.
