Just recently my parking brake warning light has been randomly coming on and then going off. Now, this is the weird part, it only comes on if I have a someone in the passenger seat. I can ride around all day and it not come on at all, but as soon as someone is in the passenger seat, the warning light comes on along with the (P)! symbol. I can't understand this at all. o_O

    Gremlins. lol

Disconnect your battery for a couple minutes to reset the computers. If it comes back after that, time to take it to the dealer.

Mine does the same thing, but not with passengers. Are you still able to use your cruise control?

My guess is that it's a switch somewhere and I just keep putting it off because the car works fine, I just drive it without cruise control.

Sounds like there is a short in the wiring some where for the passenger weight sensor (Controls the Airbag) and the Door Open Sensor....

Look under the passenger seat and make sure none of the wiring has gotten pinched...

Just wanted to update: my issue was the clutch positioning sensor. Doesn't sound like that's your issue.
