Me too, at least they figured it out. Letter says it should take around 1.5 hours, but experience with the dealership tells me that is a pretty optimistic timeframe.

    Hi everyone!

Just to let you know we have updated our Mopar Owner’s Site and you can now sign up to be alerted when recall parts are available. You can enter your VIN here to see that option: https://www.mopar.com/en-us/my-vehicle/recalls.html. Let me know if you have any additional questions!

Update had appt yesterday for fix on hitch, took around 3 hours, but then again had to have 2 flashes done also. So probably not all of the time was the hitch. So far no clunk sounds, fingers crossed. Flashes were for instrument panel and anti lock brakes." Oh got our notice in mail same day as fix lol.
    More updates~~
Well driving to appt today and everything except speedometer converted to km and Celsius. Hope this isn't a bad sign I really didn't want any flashes bc renny was running perfectly until they were done for supposedly warranty reasons. Will be watching for any more glitches in my once perfect running renny!

Mine has done this several times as well, its really kind of a pain in the butt. All you have to do is go into the setting and switch it back, but I don't know why it continues to switch on its own.

It was spooky to have things change all of a sudden! But
so far no clunk in back from trailer hitch so thinking the fix worked, so far the settings have held so no sudden changes again to Celsius, and since the flashes I've finally broken over 25mph combined driving. Have noticed a little changes in shifting pattern, will keep a watch on it.

so your hitch was actually making a clunking noise?... i've done massive road trips lugging two bicycles on a hitch rack, can't say i've ever noticed a clunking noise... maybe I'm a lucky one without a faulty hitch?

Did you get recall notice? Guess it's select ones that get the notice. The clunking i got could be bc I had no load on hitch where if you had bikes on yours might have prevented the clunk.

I got the dreaded recall notice... I say dreaded only because it's a new vehicle. Will be calling the dealer mañana see what they say about getting it serviced. Thanks for the info.

Turns out my TH hitch had all the bolts, they were just missing some washers. Got the washers installed and the recall resolved today. Here's a photo of the affected bolts. I took the photo of the ones from the passenger side by the muffler. The affected bolts are the ones noted by the arrows. IMG_7807a.jpg IMG_7809a.jpg

Glad to see its an easy fix, I still need to schedule mine. I have had a rack with a bike on mine, and no issues or noises with or without load on my hitch. Hopefully mine just needs the washers too.
