I'm new to the forum and have been searching on this forum and another and can't seem to find what I'm looking for so I'm hoping I can find help here. I have a 2017 renegade latitude with stock 225/55/18. I'm looking to get some a/t tires put on it. Been looking at the yokohama geo a/t, falken wildpeak a/t, or something like those. I don't have spacers or lift so everything is still bone stocked, for now atleast. I have been looking at going to a 235/55/18 but I'm not sure if i would need to do any mods or not. Or I have seen some running 255/55/18. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    W E L C O M E ! ! ! to the forum.

235/55R18 (28.2 inch tire) will fit without any modifications
28.5 is about a large as you can go without mods.
255/55R18 is a 29.0 inch tire and will require a 2 inch-ish lift and maybe some pinch weld modification.

... Your original tire, 225/55R18 is a 27.7 inch tire.

Thanks for the info! I was just curious because I seen on another thread someone installed 255/55/18 BF KO2 using only 1.25in spacers and didnt know if that could be possible.
