I have heard from multiple reliable sources that I can change out the 215/65/17 for 225/65/17 no issues. And I have heard that adding spacers can clear rubbing and I've heard they can cause rubbing. Lift is lift and always good for tire clearance. That is what I have been told. What I want: Change to 225/65R17 add 1 to 1.5 inch spacers and from 1.5 to 4 inches of lift. I'm probably doing 1.5 to 2 inches in lift, 4 might be a bit much. What I don't know: will the tires and spacers get along or will it cause rub. And I'd like to have an idea on this before purchasing the parts. 2017 trailhawk.
