Headed out to Rock Island, WI recently and loved it. Having the Renegade with us was great! I came from driving a Scion TC. Having the extra ground clearance with the Renegade for even small things like getting on and off the ferry was such a relief. We drove all around Washington Island and saw some pretty unique things before heading to Rock Island. A few pictures are included here.

Rock Island is amazing. If you live in the area and you've never been there, I would definitely recommend it. We stayed on the remote sites that require backpacking in. It was dead quiet out there, nothing else to listen to but the waves crashing on the shore. We did have some visitors however, there were three deer that would come and go throughout the evening. Our campsite must have been right next to where they sleep. They just grazed within 40 feet of us or so for about 3 hours. Nice to have some company.

This was my third time to Rock Island now, first time by car, the other two we had biked there. I would go again in a heartbeat. Check it out if you're in the area!
