Daystar lifted FWD model... Makes a popping noise from the driver side rear when turning RIGHT up inclines or going over speed bumps unevenly... Pretty much anytime the jeep rocks to the left a bit. Already have the new Daystar control arm brackets and that isn't the issue... Have checked and rechecked every weekend lol for a month now and can't figure it out! Any thoughts???

Is this is single POP or more like a pop pop pop?

It varies... On smaller road inconsistencies or bumps it will be one pop... But if turning right up inclines it may pop a few more times and then pop once it settles.

This might be stupid but after I went off-roading this weekend I found a bunch of rocks that get caught in the rear bumper which causes a sound

Nah it's definitely not that... I want to say I've pinpointed it and am just not able to fully tighten the strut tower up top. One of the extenders from Daystar looks doesn't align and is about 1/8" off so when I go and tighten it, the noise resolves but after going over an uneven bump again it's back :( Not sure what to do at this point other than taking it somewhere to have it checked out/fixed. @wayoflife

Do you know if the red Loctite was used when the lift was installed? If not, that may fix your backing out problems.

I have the same problem. It pops when I turn left mostly. Any ideas? Does anyone think this is a serious problem?

DayStar lift? I have a little bit of noise or vibration, I cant tell which sometimes on left turns at parking lot speeds. I wonder if it isn't the bolt of the DayStar bracket rubbing against the factory skidplate on my TrailHawk.

I've had it over 3 months now... took it into a shop and they noticed the subframe bolts were a bit loose but otherwise its still there. I went and opened it all up again and I noticed at least on mine, it looks like the strut tower may be shifting a hair back and forth because it's not aligning exact with the daystar extenders... when I loosened and removed them... there was the popping noise. Not sure how to fix though other than maybe trying loctite like someone mentioned before... thinking maybe a lock washer

Super thread resurrection, but did you ever find out what the issue is? I'm having the same thing happen with my Daystar lift. I've completely torn apart the kit and reinstalled it and still get the popping.
