Notification

i just figured it out myself. if you go to preferences you can uncheck "automatically watch threads you reply to" and that will turn off email notifications as well.

 

then all you need to do is go back to threads you already replied to and unwatch then by going to reply, more options, then check unwatch thread. to unwatch it you have to reply to that thread again so its sucks for all the waves you just did

 

What Cozdude said. You will need to go to your preferences and uncheck the auto watch selection.
