The TH and 4x4 use taller springs than FWD models which may have something to do with this. The only reason the TH is slightly higher than the rest of the 4x4s is due to the .5" taller (and narrower) tires. Side note, I see that you're in TX, we have a huge meet coming up April 8-9 in and around the Austin area. Not sure if you're on Facebook as a member of Renegade Owners Of Texas

What is the average cost to install this lift or the Daystar kit?

An establishment in Sparks, NV quoted me $1350.00, for the kit, labor, alignment, and tax out the door for the Daystar.

That's almost 1000 just for labor and alignment

Yes, I was taken back by it too. $60 alignment, 6hrs labor and tax. I'm guessing shop labor rate is $150 an hour. The only upside is warrantied labor. I will be spending a weekend in doing it myself with a friend of mine. Probably going to document the mod, to give a real account of doing this in a small garage using jacks and stands.

That insane Over here in NJ at Globex Performance we charge 4 hours of labor to install this kit, With no experience, I could see shops starting out at 5 hours of labor...ei

Parts+Labor+Alignment+tax comes out to $930.90 over here.

Hey guys, with this lift do you think it would be possible for a 245/xx/R17 tire?(I think it would be 245/70/R17 but not sure) I wanna try for a 30" tire when I swap my stock

On the ATP demo rig they put 245/65 R17. I know they put their wheel spacers on, but I don't know anything about what the spacing was or if the wheels had a factory offset.

Okay cool, I'll look more into it later. But this should mean I can keep my trailhawk rims and just find a new rim for my spare.

Definitely cheaper than a whole set of 5 that may or may not fit

Stock vs Daystar vs ATP. ATP really gave a the extra clearance and level look I'd been wanting. Super happy with the way it turned out

Maybe it's just the angle but the second picture looks taller than the third? Is that one really the daystar and not the ATP?

Also where did you get it installed if you don't mind me asking?

It's the angle and tires... those were the stock tires on the stock rims that I dipped black... I need to get a better pic in a lower perspective and it's much more noticeable
