So obviously you can get some $20 tow eye and it can help out if your on the side of the road, but are there no actual tow points already in place that I could trust in a pinch off-road? My plan is to at least get a front bumper with recovery points but until then I’d hate to be on a trail, stuck, in front of laughing wranglers, trying to figure out where to attach a recovery strap.
Recovery points on non-TH/Desert Hawk/Upland models is definitely a problem. Avid makes some nice bumpers that solve the problem.
