There are issues with exterior LED they all need load rezistors
Except maybe for DRL if canbus but all blinkers and brake need it if you plan to do it
Check www.superbrightleds.com for sizes, no issues with the interior bulbs
And also had issue with the plate lights, where it needed be diverted too ,not with the reg Load rezistors tho..but with the bulbs themselves to be able to trick the comp.reading ,a bit of a pain for me to deal with all of them but i did it finally

Now the question I have is how long will these last in the summer? I had the Opt 7 led in my old vehicle. There was no housing to protect the backside it so the fan in the bulb can cool the parts with no problems. I am worried about the heat generated and kept in a sealed environment which is sealed by rubber/plastic which is a rather decent insulator. How long will these last in the summer completely sealed up. I know the solution is to take the backing off. Just a curiosity.

Love the write up and your lights look incredible. All I did thought was unplug my lights and plug in the new ones I got without any drilling or anything else needed. Not sure if I did anything wrong or maybe the style lights you got are brighter/whiter but I didn't have to do anything special. Just unplug and plug back in.
Edit: forgot to mention I didn't use the same lights as the original poster. IMG_1217.JPG IMG_1181.JPG

I ordered the same LED bulbs. When you installed them does it matter which is Left or Right side? I do not see anything to indicate which is L/R on the bulbs or instructions.

I purchased Car Rover H13s for the headlights and H11s for the fogs and they work flawlessly. In regards to the headlights, it appeared to me as if the bulbs could only be inserted one way and that was with the wire on the top of the bulb when secured. The 3 black raised prongs that secure the bulb only fit one way. If you look, two of those black prongs are the same size and the third is larger. When you insert the LED bulb, place the larger of the prongs on top. Hopefully that makes sense. If not, I'll grab a picture when I get home.

I had the same question and installed each bulb on both sides only to discover it made no noticeable difference in light output! You'll be happy with your purchase once they're installed.

Thanks for the input, I plan to install over the weekend. Also, did you install the Can Bus adapters or not?

The lights have a can-bus adapter wired in-line which will fit behind the dust caps. They also come with additional anti-flicker harness which I luckily didn't have to utilize. I don't have any pictures of the headlight install on the forum but I do have some of the fogs here LED Headlight Bulbs.

I was also looking at the Car Rover H13s for the headlights and H11s for the fog lights on amazon.
If anyone has some pictures of these installed, I would love to see them. I would like to see the low-beam cutoff angle, so I can ensure that if I install these, that my low-beams will not be glaring at oncoming traffic.

Secondly, does anyone have a recommendation on replacement LED DRLs, and re canbus options needed for these as well?

The h13's on my jeep have the same cutoff as the halogens, once i got the lights oriented correctly. Cant help you on the fog lights as i dont have them. For The DRL's i got some canbus rated sylvania ones (1157). Every now and the when I start jeep, the error light shows up, but then immediately goes away (maybe the bulb needs to warm up??).

These are the ones I used. Had a preinstalled set screw so you can turn the light. No errors and great output.

Any issues with the DRLs hyper flashing or errors. The product description does not show them as CANBUS ready. The previous brand of DRLs I purchased gave bulb out error and flashed so I returned for refund.

Sorry no link, just searched Amazon to find them. I'll try to get a night shot soon enough, might be skewed with all the snow we have right now also.
