I just purchased the rough country 2 inch lift for my 2019 renegade latitude and it’s on the way. I’m going to use my 17” stock wheels as I like them. I also plan on doing the pinch seam mod for tire clearance. Rough country says the recommended size is a 235/65/17. I can’t find anything where someone has done this to a latitude, seems everyone has Trailhawks. And I know Trailhawks sit a lil higher from the factory. The stock 17” wheel has a +40 offset. So do I need to run wheel spacers to fit the 235/65/17? I’m also needing advice on tire size and can I run bigger just lifting and with pinch seam mod? I’m looking to run the Toyo open county at2 as I can get 4 235/65/17’s mounted balanced with lifetime balance, rotation and road hazard for 625. Thanks for taking the time to read and respond.
W E L C O M E ! ! ! to the forum. 235/65R17 will just touch the lower spring perch, and they will touch a little at full turn. If you go to the Renegade Wheels and Tires tread and thumb through the pages, you will see that others have gone with those size tires (click here).
