If nothing else, it would give the Renegade a more open feel like being topless. I'm sure it'll be available on all the models too.

Sunroofs do nothing for me. Hell I've used the sunrider feature on my trektop like three times in 2 years.

I sure hope the Toaster sells like hotcakes (gotta be a joke there somewhere). Next thing you know we won't be looking at renderings, but I don't think Fiat designed it with hardcore in mind. Doesn't matter, 'cause aftermarket folks probably have some on order. SEMA 2015 could prove very interesting.

Both of my present vehicles have sunroofs and I never use them. I agree with Eddie though, the Renegade dual sunroof would be cool because it would be a lot closer to topless.

Not only that but it will give you a great view of the mountains as you do your light wheeling! :)

It will be interested to see how the back doors tie into the body and fenders - This might be a problem area when adding bigger tires if there is no room to cut :D

Hopefully you don't have to cut into the rear door, it is tight:

To be honest - I am considering one of these to just throw some ski racks on top for the winter and as a grocery getter. It will be interesting to see where we can take them mod wise.

Lol! I wish. I won't be getting mine in till next year if everything plays out right.
But at least by then a bigger selection should be avaible here and depending on initial sales I might get a good deal.
    Fingers crossed.

Hi that sounds like a good plan, like you say all the accessories and modification parts should be readily available then. Also any bugs ironed out and the prices should be more favourable.
Just the wait to get over :)

I've been making calls and doing research into what is available and what can be done. I'd really like to get some kind of budget boost and a set of all terrain tires installed sooner than later.

18's are a tough wheel to find good tires for. You'll have to let us know how you like the Yokohamas.

As far as seat covers go, I might give the guys at Trek Armor a call. They make nice covers for the Wrangler and might be able to help you out. Tell them that wayoflife sent you.

1st mod was to install Katzkin leather seats. I choose black with Cardinal (red) stitching to match the red stitching detail on the Trailhawk's black leather wrapped steering wheel and transmission boot. With all the red accents on my black Trailhawk, it seemed like the only sensible color scheme. I've attached a photo. What do you all think?

2nd mod should be all terrain tires. My tire guy says BFG will come out with KO2 in a 225/65 r17 that should fit on the original wheels, but we can't get them yet. Has anyone tried putting a more readily available 235 on the stock 17" wheel? I'd love to see your pics if you did.
