Half the price of the original ones....
Not saying it's unreasonable. Just was hoping they would be a little cheaper.
It is kind of nice you can get one at a time. Help spread the cost ( well, depends on how bad shipping is)
Passenger side €270, driver side €490, together that's about US$ 1000 ($930+ shipping)
(not 100% sure, I had to use google translate)
I don't care if they throw in the T-shirt, it's a rip off to me.
But why not to ask just for those supports from them? Surely you can buy stock rear hooks in US?
And also if you order from US, possibly our VAT tax won’t apply to you?
You could buy an Avid front bumper and winch for the same price... Priorities!
agreed, I would much rather have the bumper and winch combo for that price.
it would be cheaper to just trade a non trailhawk for a trailhawk model lol.......
No manual transmission on the Trailhawk
Was mighty nice of Jeep to put out a new trim level with tow hooks that also can't be had in manual.
ya, thats the one thing that I hate about my Deserthawk, like the Trailhawk no option for a manual transmission. The 9 speed auto is finicky at best and with my mods I find myself using the auto stick feature quite often because the computer is constantly shifting at wrong intervals because of the lift and bigger tires, which would be alleviated entirely if it was a manual.
Chinese version of the hook. Anyone has a chinese friends you can ask them. Its cheaper than the Italian version. https://m.intl.taobao.com/detail/detail.html?id=549038245261&_u=t2dmg8j26111
I would like to order the front kit. I can't believe there are no kits accessible to order easily in the US.
It isn't just the Red Hooks.
Front bumper (steel bumper, raised 3 incher then the other Renegade models (Upland and Deserthawk are the exceptions)),
Front bumper cover (because the bumper is raised 3 inches),
Lower core support (to raise the radiator 3 inches to fit the Trailhawk bumper cover),
...... yeah, I know. I never said about just red hooks. Christ, this is why I stopped using car forums over 10 years ago. Thanks keyboard warrior.
There is nothing Keyboard Warrior about my reply. It was informative at best.
I have experience with what is needed to add the hooks, so I thought that I would share.
Somebody else reading the question might want or need to know what is required when JUST adding the hooks.
I apologues that you able to take my reply as offensive.
