I've got a 2018 Latitude 4x4 with the 17" wheels. It has 215/60-17 tires on it now. Does anyone have experience with 225/65-17's on these (clearance issues/rubbing/durability)? I don't have a lift kit installed yet. Let me know.

225/65/17 size tires will fit ALL Renegade models without issues. Lift kits will not have any problems with clearance and rubbing. That cannot be said of wheel spacers. I don't think all spacers could be a problem but there are examples of rubbing with this size tire and spacers. NO spacers and you will be fine. You will notice a differance with the speedometer/odometer. Mileage could be affected depending on the tire you get.
