Quick question..Looking for opinions. I have a 16 trailhawk with stock wheels - 225 65 17 ko2s - and eibach 25mm series 7 spacers that bolt on the hub then the wheel bolts to them. I just installed the g force 1" lift and wheel centering kit myself. All was fine then I took it to get aligned right away .. They got it 100% to spec. Anyway when I got it back I didn't notice initially but when I press on the brake there is a scratchy type squeak coming from the drivers front. I checked torque.. Cleaned with brake cleaner.. No avail. Only 20 miles since alignment. Any opinions? I appreciate the help.

An update. I removed wheels and brakes and check torques. Everything is to spec in the front end but I still have that squeak. The only thing not checked was under the cowl for the strut bolts. Goes back in to alignment shop tomorrow. Any other insight would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I had some squeaky sounds up front after my install, it seemed to be coming from the upper strut assembly and the 1" spacers where they attach to the top of the fender well , I loosen the 3 bolts from the top then sprayed the area with silicone lubricant then retighten the bolts . That worked for me

My wife took it back in to the alignment shop and everything was tight on their end and to spec.

Dave thanks for the info. I cleaned them with alcohol prior to install. I probably should have lubed the gaskets back up. I'm out of town this week, I'll advise this weekend so other people having similar issues will know a possible solution.

The scratchy sound is back when braking. I'm leaning towards the strut mount torques. I got my torques from the dealer. They told me 44lbs for the front strut mounts. What have you guys retorqued with the bolts supplied by gforce?

My sounds were starting up too.The silicone lube seems to last only a few months. I was torquing to 70 ft lbs . So I sprayed the area with WD40,drop the torque down to 44 .. Hope it works
