I brought in my Trailhawk for service and was told I had ECS(enhanced customer service) and he had to call before doing anything. I am just trying to get all terrain tires and I've had the appointment for a week. He said he's never seen that before and so I am asking, what is enhanced customer service?
I think he may be referring to JeepWave, I got in touch with them over the all terrain tires situation and was eventually compensated. 844-533-7928 https://jeep.moparvip.com/Owner/
Well I am also in touch with jeep wave too and that's why I brought it to the dealer. The dealer was aware of jeep wave but not aware of this. I've seen this in other message boards dating back to 2012 and it's apparently a list you get put on for excessive issues with the car. I had to take my TH in 6 times to repair the same leaking door issue. But apparently it creates more red tape for getting things done. But I'm not certain what exactly it is.
Hi Defensedrew, The ECS program is designed for customers who have had multiple concerns with their vehicle. If your vehicle is entered into the program, the ECS team will work with the dealership on repairs. The dealer should have a phone number to the ECS team pop up when they enter your info. Gotcha. I went thru jeep wave. If u have the money ask to do it out of shop. Avoid dealing with idiot dealerships. They send u check w reciept of tires.
