I think now that this has been advertised on Facebook and more people start calling in we're going to start seeing less and less reimbursement

Hey guys newbie here, I chatted and got a case number and waiting to here back on Monday. My question is.....

I drive around 2600 highway miles a month for work do you think it's wise to get the KO2's?.

    I have a 2016 Trailhawk.

Yep it looks like reimbursement will be coming to an end. I posted a screen shot on page 3 of all-terrain tires being standard equipment from Jeep's website, build and price.

Now the standard equipment has changed.

Guess instead of being true to the Trailhawk and equiping future ones with A/T tires to go with the higher clearance, skid plates, tow hooks and rock setting, they went the wussy route, left highway tires on it and just changed the description.
I guess this is a shift from proudly wearing a trail-rated badge to tackling shopping malls Italian style. Shameful move in my opinion and a disgrace to the Jeep name, ideal and off-road trail-rated tradition that Jeep has come to symbolize..

Getting my tires done today, although JeepWave agreed to pay $750 towards the replacement, they will only cover the cost of the tires not the mounting which is $735. I guess it is what it is, at least now my T-hawk will now have the tires that it was supposed to have. BTW-BFG TA KO2s available from my local wholesale club (BJs), only had to wait 3 days.

My KO2s are also getting installed today, as well as my G-Force lift and Renegade Ready wheel spacers. My dealership is doing it all. Jeep covered $1000 fore the tires and the install, but would not cover getting the spare tire replaced, oh well.

Interesting, thanks for letting us know. I was thinking about going with 235 but was worried about rubbing. I don't think it's the height however. I think it's the width of the tire. I'm planning on going with 225/70/r17's which is a 29.6" tire. I don't think i should have problem. But if you have insight i'd appreciate it.

I just had mine installed today along with my lift and spacers.... Problem is that my dealer is now holding my car hostage until Jeep finalizes the payment to them since they fronted the money to buy the tires for me. They could not get ahold of my case worker today, so my TH is sitting at the dealership, finished, and I cant pick it up. A little bit pissed over here. If they cant get ahold of my case worker tomorrow I'm going to just take my spare key up there and take the damn thing back.

That's ridiculous, it's like they don't trust their own company!

Ok, I finally talked the dealer into giving me my TH back after the owner of the dealership agreed to hold the debt until Jeep pays up.

Over all, I love the way the TH looks now and it rides as good as stock on the G-Force lift and wheel spacers. The tire are a little louder, but nothing more than a light hum at highway speed.

Do you have a lift and new rims? What tires did you get? I'm talking with Jeep about reimbursement and they want to know the tire for a quote. I just want to know what tires will work well for my TH

That looks like it is a stock TH with dipped or painted stock wheels and no lift. Same tires as mine, BF Goodrich All Terrain TA KO2 is 225/65r17. Anyone else speak up if I'm wrong.
