    Good Morning,

Have a quick question. Planning to install the spacers and just watched a video that shows the bolt that attaches the spacer to the rotor has a different thread pitch (1.5 vs. 1.25) but the video is from 2019 so not sure if the kit has been updated to match the factory 1.25 so my question is if anyone knows if the kit has been updated? The spacers are scheduled to be delivered today and the place where I bought them is closed till Jan 3rd.

If not my choices are either find a countersink bolt with the factory thread pitch or re-tap the hole to 1.5.

    Thanks in advance,

    Scott

I'd be surprised if the kit doesn't include the correct size bolts, but if it doesn't a local True Value ought to have the countersunk bolt with the correct pitch in stock.. These botls don't really do anying except locate the spacer, they aren't holding any weight.

I wouldn't try re-tapping the holes, re-tapping a hole for thread pitch but at the same diameter removes a masterial and leaves gaps in the the threads.

Thanks Zuke for the help. Tried looking for a fine thread M10 and struck out everywhere. After posting my question I went to install them and had to hammer them on with a rubber mallet so thinking I don't even need the longer bolt once the wheel bolts are tightened and sandwich the spacer.

Well, If you want to add some later, My fall back is McMaster-Carr when I can't find what I need locally, they ship fast and have reasonable prices.. But I think what you have is going to be fine if you don't add the locating screws...

I believe this is what you would need from McMaster Carr, Although you would want to measure the bolts you have to make sure they aren't a little longer or shorter than 60mm..
