I'm not a complainer by any means or unable to see multiple perspectives but Humboldt Dodge Jeep Chrysler in Humboldt Tennessee did The absolute worst job on my renegade I have ever seen of a supposed professional dealership. I bought a vehicle that had the my sky replaced under warranty. Not sure why they had to replace the entire assembly in place of offending pieces. But because of the way the system is installed at the factory it had to be cut out. They had an entire new assembly as a drop in that they had to seal up and everything should be good. The thing is they didn't apply sealant properly. They cut an actual hole in the roof they didn't even try to repair. They some how melted the rear plastic cover that fits behind the removable rear panel. They didn't reinstall the drain lines in the front drivers side. They put finger prints all over the headliner that I couldn't get cleaned and they left some type of weather stripping trash all over the cargo area with metal shavings and broken clips. I currently have a Creek in my car. The carpet is soaked on the drivers side front and rear and a pond is in the back tire area and ruined my subwoofer and caused the rear head liner to be stained and ruined because it's pressed paper basically and the platform that cover the tire area is swollen from soaking up water and it smells like an old musty shed. Many ands I know lol People just need to know the level of negligence. I bought the car in Tennessee and had them deliver it to fort Benning Georgia for me found out about the "repair" afterwards because it smelled like a new car till it rained last week. Only has 14k miles on it now. I took it to my local dealer and they said they would help me as much as they could. They did the work in March. I will not take it back to them. I'm planning to talk to Jeep cares and see what they will do. I can't just drive 350 miles to drop the car off at the place that messed it up and drive back when they fix it again. Talk about frustrated. I've put about 200 miles on the Jeep and it's basically a paper weight right now sitting at my local dealership getting filled with more water as I'm typing this.

    WOW, sorry to hear.

I don't know if I would have picked it up after seeing how messed up it was.
absolutely demand a proper repair (or replacement Renegade). There are definitely laws out there to protect the consumer.

I woulds also try and get a hold of @JeepCares . they respond well to PM.

The thing was I bought it long distance and had it delivered. Also, the car fax they provided was pulled right before they repaired it. I spoke to the sales and service manager. They both said it was in like new condition and because it only had 13k miles I believed them. Thanks for suggesting Jeepcares. I've reached out to them but they haven't replied to me. Guess this isn't something they want to mess with. I'm sure I'm going to have to go the lawyer route. I'm calling Chrysler later today to see what they say. The repair it's going to be 3 to 4 Grand. That's about a fourth of what I paid for the vehicle. I really like the vehicle but... On a different subject - I see you got a bigger Jeep. It's a totally different animal than the Renegade I'm sure. They look really nice. I was trying to downsize from an explorer.

    I hope you the best.

I liked the size of the Renegade. I miss my Renny, but no regrets.
