That is great and welcome! In LA area there is a small group of us that like to get together and go out on drives. Our skill level are different, you don't need to be a pro, and every one goes at their own comfort level. Next weekend there are plans on going to Calico near the ghost town, but a good place to get started if you are new is at Rowher Flats in Santa Clarita of the 14 freeway and the Sand Canyon exit, that place is near your Porter Ranch. You are welcome to join us [emoji2]

    Thanks for the reply!
That Calico trip sounds like fun. Will there be a new thread created for that? or maybe there already is, and I just missed it. I'll take a look. I've heard of Rowher flats. But never having been there, I would like to tag along with a group first if possible.

well, I’m game on most weekends- I need to see how much my wheel wells will allow with my tire choice.. as I’ve discovered with my new full-size spare last night. [facepalm]

I’ve been removed from 4-wheeling for some time, and none of which was here in LA.. so my knowledge of where to go is very limited!

Let's practice social distancing by being 6 car lengths apart on the trails and start this up again. Central California here but, willing to travel. Still stock and am getting rock rails soon.
