I've bought the Teraflex 1.5" lift.

What can I add without compromising the vehicle? CV joints, etc.?

I've tried to ask each company for their professional opinions and obviously they can't comment.

Billstein only recommends their Struts, but not with any other parts.

Who has the most mileage on their set-up with no problems?

I appreciate any professional input. Feel free to explain in layman's terms, thanks.

Aka- am I good to order some Eibachs in addition to my Teraflex?

I do some trails, no crawling. Live in the Northeast.

Given this info I would say you're good to go with the lift and 29" tires on the 17" wheels or 29.5" tire on 16" wheels. I have a 1/5" Daystar lift and have 28.5" tires. Wish I would've gone a little bit bigger tire but at the time was thinking it would be better for tranny and ECM if I left as close to factory size as I could. Here's the thing IMO...I see some setups on this forum that look pretty awesome. But as you mentioned, what's the toll on the CV joint etc. The max amount of lift you will get out of a renegade is 6" maybe a little more with 30 to 31 inch tires? I think the major problem you run into is alignment. You can get all that lift but how functional will your ride be afterwards? I'm mainly regurgitating what I see on some of these other threads as far as some problems they have been running into. If most of your driving is urban/highway and you do a little off-roading on moderate trails I personally don't think you need all that lift. Even with a Renegade that has max lift it still won't be able to follow any Wranglers out in Moab (if that's what you consider the Mecca of off roading). Of all the Renegades I've seen totally built up they won't hold up to what a lifted Wrangler can do. That said I am thinking about the Eibach 1" lift springs on top of my 1.5" Daystar (maybe a little extra lift wouldn't be so bad). And don't get me wrong if you think max lift is the way to go do it. I think you have to weigh what you think is worth doing as opposed what you have your vehicle for, family vehicle used for a commute to work and occasional off road adventure or an awesome off road beast? I don't believe the Renegade is designed or able to be the best of either those 2 worlds.
