I'm also curious to see what 235/65/17 tires look like on a stock TH with no spacers or lift.

Where did you have your lift installed? I saw your license plate is Texas. I'm about to have the daystar one installed and wondering if what I was quoted sounds about right. $540 for labor and alignment at four wheel parts at the Plano location. They have never done a Renegade so makes me nervous.

Self install on the Daystar lift but shop install on the ATP lift... $550 with alignment and done at a local off-road shop here in SA. are you the the Renegade Owners of Texas (ROOT) group? It's on Facebook and a bunch of DFW area folks in it

Okay well I guess the price I was quoted is the going rate and isn't bad. I will have to join the group just requested. Thanks for the info I just purchased my Renegade last month.

Ok I don't plan on lifting mine or buying any new tires just yet but I really like these wheel. If I bought the 17x8s +35 in a 5x114.3 and used 1" wheel adaptors/spacers, does anyone foresee any problems?

Sorry everyone for not responding sooner

I am running the "hankook dynapro atm rf10" tire.

It has dropped my mpg by around 3 highway

Again there is zero rubbing with a stock TH no lift, no spacers. I don't have much room but there is still some. In the future I would like to run a 245/65/17

I have the stock 18's that come with the Altitude package.. do I really need new wheels for better tires? Will 255x55's fit on the stock wheels? TIA :)

No you don't need new wheels for better tires. Bigger, possibly.. You will have to find the width of your oem wheel and make sure it's not less than the minimum wheel width for the tire.

    According to some wheel-size site: 225/55R18 = 7Jx18 rim size, PCD 5x110.

There is an extremely slim selection of 225x55x18 AT tires, so seems like I'll have to get wider wheels/rims. :/

After seeing 18's I really am thinking I may try it.
    Getting the ATP first, but will a 18x9 +18 and 255/ 55 / 18 Ko2 work alright?

255/55 18 tires will fit on stock 18x7 wheel according to Tire Rack. But there is a slim selection of AT tires in 18" sizes in general, especially in an overall diameter that will fit the Renegade.

18X7-9 if I am not mistaken.
My question is will the 18x9 wheel fit on the renegade without rubbing too much?
I am looking at a mayhem rim that is 18x9.
The bore of it is 87mm too...
    That's another concern.
Anyone know If I can make it work?

Hey man, what did you do to your front markers on each side? They are blacked out and just wondering if that is a cover, plastic dip, or paint.

They are awful about communicating when you will get the item you pay for.

I self installed the AVID 2.5" lift (a pain to install, but aligment was almost perfect)and will be mounting 255/60R18 Desert Hawk AT's after completing the pinch seam mod and 1" spacers. I test fit the tires on my stock rims and they fit really well. Will post pics when finished.

Will TH front tow hooks bolt on to a non TH? I have a set and would like to install them.
