    Hi there,
I found a thread from March 2016 on here with the same question. There was no answer unfortunately. I am hoping someone can help me.
    I have a 2017 Latitude 4x4 with the 17” stock rims/wheels (17x7)
What is the biggest AT tire I can use with out rubbing? I do not want to spring (no pun intended) for a lift or spacers.
    Current tires are Continentals: 215/60/17.
Looking for a slight amount more width like 225 but want to go to 70 on the sidewall ratio to add a slight amount of height.
Could I do: 225/70/17’s? Or does anyone have a recommendation on AT tires if that won’t work? Just for looks, I want more aggressive looking tires but I am a road driver around town only and do rare highway driving. No Off-roading for me.
I’d like something good in the snow for New England weather too.
People have mentioned KO2’s but will that only fit a Trailhawk?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

225/65/17 KO's will fit no problem. The 225/70/17 size is probably pushing it without some type of mod. The pinch seam mod might do it but I am not sure. The 225/65/17 will add some height over your current Continentals and they would certainly help the look.

Hi, good to know about the K02’s. No rubbing correct?
Also, I have not heard of a pinch seam mod? Who might do one or is there a specific kit you know of? Thanks for your feedback dgr401

My 2017 Latitude 4x4 has 215/60R17 tires on it.

    If I go with 225/65R17 tires -

    - Will it mess with my speedometer (over or under actual MPH)?

    - Will it lower my fuel mileage?

    - Will the Tire Pressure sensors continue to work fine?

    - Anything else that will change that I have not thought of?

    Thanks,

    - Will it mess with my speedometer (over or under actual MPH)? Not enough to notice.

    - Will it lower my fuel mileage? Not enough to notice

    - Will the Tire Pressure sensors continue to work fine? Yes

    - Anything else that will change that I have not thought of? Braking; not enough to notice... lol

The heavier the tire, the more you will notice: fuel mileage, and braking being effected.
I am running the BFG KO2, LT 225/65R17 without any issues.

I finally got Pirelli All Terrain Plus 225/65R17 tires installed. I am pleased with them. Thanks for the advice.
