I had 5 spoke rugged ridge wheels installed, and the tire shop said they could not reinstall the tpms, because of the different location of the hole on the rim where the stem sticks out.

are they correct, and is there an adapter or different shape ( angle ) of tpms that would fit?

    2016 limited. Thanks in advance!

The hole location has nothing to do with the TPMS sensors fitting, unless they are referencing the way the rim is designed and doesn't allow for the OEM TPMS sensors to fit.

The tire shop should carry TMPS sensors that fit those rims that are compatible with our Renegade's.

I purchased my rims from America's Tire. they included (for a fee) a set of TPMS sensors that were Plug-n-play for our Renegade's. No synchronizing necessary, install and go. The sensors self calibrated within a mile. The only reason I opted for new TMPS sensors was so that I could keep my original wheels in tact.

    Thanks for responding!

I found a different tired shop that says they can do it. I'll update when its done.

I was avoiding the bigger tire shops because they really dont seem to want to install aftermarket rims...
