My one year trial of Sirius XM expired today. I don't want satellite radio. However, on my way to work this morning, I found my whole infotainment system jacked up. There is no sound, even though media appears to be playing for my thumb drive. The touchscreen is unresponsive, but all physical buttons work. What is going on? Is there as reset I need to do? Should I call Uconnect?

    Thanks for your help!

I'm told that a 2 min power cycle is necessary to reset the radio. As long as the motor is off, and the driver door is opened and closed for those with a push start, after 2 minutes restart motor and she should reboot...good luck!!

    Thanks for the advice.

Looks like it was a false alarm. The infotainment system was working normally, yesterday evening and this morning. It must have just been a hiccup from the initial termination of service.
