    What gives?

Anyone else had this hard of a time buying something from ATP? Granted I ordered through Quadratec - who I've been using since I got into Jeeps years back without a problem, but this is getting to be a bit on the ridiculous side. Since I placed my order I've gotten word that the back order was extended 3 times.

I come on the forum and everyone who ordered directly through ATP seems to have had theirs delivered already while I'm still waiting. Now my fear is if I cancel my order through Quadratec, that I'll be waiting until next year to have this. Seems a bit silly that it's easier to source parts for my 5 Ton military truck lol.

Alright my rant is over but I'll seriously never order anything from ATP again.

Sounds like you should be avoiding quadratec rather than ATP.

That's kinda where I was going with my post - Has anyone else had issues with ATP or is it just Quadratec? Just weird that I've ordered tons of stuff from them over the last decade without an issue until I bought this lift.

I also emailed ATP without response which to me seems a little sketchy. I guess the good thing is the Toaster is my beater so waiting on parts isn't absolutely horrible.

Hmm.? I did the same thing in June. Ordered my ATP (2" kit though) through Quadratec to save on the shipping and Tax, and got mine in like a week. Maybe they are out of the springs ?

Weird - I gave up and cancelled the order.

Everyone seems to have had luck ordering direct through them so I'll give that a shot.

I've actually had mixed results ordering direct through ATP. The 2inch spacer lift came in in about 2 weeks but I placed a second order for their light mounts and some ATP decals and waited almost 3 months. Got a HUGE apology letter from them after I finally got my mounts and decals talking about them being a super small company and doing their best. It was only after I started sending complaint e-mails that it was finally shipped and the packing slip that was inside was dated two months earlier.

For those who ordered straight from ATP, what did they charge for shipping?
I was about to order the 4 inch kit, and they're saying $107 for shipping? Are you kidding me? No thanks,
I'm a UPS driver, it DOES NOT cost $107 to ship a ground package. Not even close.

I honestly wouldn't order from them unless I didn't have a choice. I called them no answer, I emailed them a basic email asking about angles ect. on their 4.0 lift been almost a month no answer. I steer clear from companies with obvious 0 customer service.

That's awful customer service on the part of both ATP And Quadratec. I'd cancel my order and get an Eibach Pro-lift spring kit, and another brand of lift - maybe an Avid or Terraflex.

Thanks for the heads-up on these two.

I’m going with Avid given you don’t have to drop a bunch of things, and you get a true 1.5” lift as opposed to probably 1” ground clearance when you drop everything.

    I ordered my 4" lift April 16, 2019... I am still waiting.
When I do call, when I finially get an answer, I keep getting told that it should ship at the end of the month (keep in mind, I have been told this twice already)...

I ordered the 4.0 lift kit, the Carrier Bearing Skid Plate and the 3rd Member Diff Skid System. Shipping was $99.33 to California.

I dont think the problem is with quadratec, they are a big distributor and they order high quantities so little manufacturers cant keep up with their order. When i called ATP about my order he said that they have to fill quadratec huge order first then they get to direct customers. There is already a couple of posts on here complaining about ATP.. I ordered through quadratec, the good is that they dont charge you for items they dont have to ship out. ATP kept pushing, and pushing and pushing their ship out times so i was I called them several times, as well as quadratec and they kept saying the same thing. 2 weeks, 2 weeks.... Anyways, I ordered my avid kit and i called before i ordered to make sure they had stock, and he qouted an accurate ship time. But its all a mute point.. dont have a renegade anymore and still have my AVID 2.5" just sitting there waiting to be bought by someone.

Not knocking ATP for you guys that have had good luck, but just want people who are contemplating or about to order a lift.......AVID has answered my phone call everytime i have called. They also told me how many lifts they had in stock and had one shipped to me in 2 days. The quality of there kits are second to none as far as I have seen. I just posted my pics on a thread with the Eibachs for anyone wanted to see. Just wanted to put my 2 cents in cause I hate waiting for toys to arrive so I dont know how you guys are waiting 6-8 weeks for something youve paid for.

    UPDATE:

I got a phone call and then an email today stating that my Lift Kit (4.0) finally shipped; right at 11 weeks.

In their defense, it has got to suck relying on others when building a kit (Eibach for their springs). BUT, a lot of it is also self-inflected. To sell a product that you don’t have in stock. AND it is even worse to have a sale for a product that you don’t have in stock.

I am giving them a shot, I just hope it was worth the wait.

How much are you selling the kit for and is it brand new?

I will avoid ATP at all costs.

I ordered their Skid Plate combo directly from them. They said 2 -4 weeks.
After 4 weeks I called, left a message, no response.
2 days later, emailed and called, left a message, no response
2 days later, emailed and called, guy said it was delayed another 2 weeks because of the rear diff skid plate. I said okay.
No order shipment notification three weeks later, called and emailed, when they answered it was delayed another 2 weeks because of the drive shaft skid plate.
Called 2 weeks later, left message, no response
Called 3 days later, left message no response. And emailed with no response.
Called my credit card company filed a dispute. Called ATP and cancelled. Took them 2 weeks to cancel my order.

All in all I go zero responses to my emails, and was never helped on the phone.
    Awful. I would stay away.

Ordered Valkyrie Skid Plate, got them in 2 weeks!!! And Cory, the owner, is amazing.

I ordered ATP springs on April 2nd, thru an ATP Ambassador. Items finally shipped out June 25. I was curious with ATP.
I called, left messages, emails, and blasted their Facebook page(Petty but true). The ambassador called, left messages multiple times and the only response he got was mid-May saying they'd do by the end of May. Still took another month on top of that.

ATP is horrible with customer service and communication. I'm not sure how much longer they'll be in business acting the way they do.
