i have a red toaster on order. I have searched for mud terrain tires for her when she arrives. This is the closest thing I could find in 215-65-16. Any thoughts?

Be aware that those are retreads. I now have BFG KO2's 225/70/16 on my Renny and they fit perfectly and work well.

not that there is anything wtong with a retread, or a remold tire, but on this company's site, it doesn't say it anywher, it lists them as new.
where did you get your info?

yes that one is a retread from a different company, it even says viper copy. the one the OP showed is a new tire, not a retread

If that is the case, great! Up until recently, there were no Mud tires anywhere close to a size that would fit our Renegades without some major modification. I do like the size of my KO2's, though.

Only one that fits is the KM2 in 235-70-16. But the are heavy I will really affect MPG, throttle response & lower offroad capability. Best to stick with AT tires in LRC or LRD. They are usually between 32 - 36 lbs

Even that Km2 size would still require spacers, lift, and pinch seam modification.
