It isn't a Renegade, but I've had some great results with dip in the past. In the pictures below, you can see I dipped the wheels and emblems. I also wrapped the window trim and painted the grille and fog light surrounds. Disclaimer: When I traded the car, it was a complete pain to remove the dip from the wheels.
Nice! my wifey would like that pink... she likes my Renny so much, I may have to trade her buick in for another Renny First world problems lol
Would love to learn more about this? What s the difference between plasti-dip and vinyl wrap? I want to do mine purple
Got the rims partially the mirrors, and the "jeep"dipped Sent from my SM-G955U using ToasterJeep mobile app
Was quite easy, just applied some blue tape and in other cases some paper towel added all around the area where you spray ,went on about 9 to 12 THIN coats every 5 minutes or so Sent from my SM-G955U using ToasterJeep mobile app
Plasti-dip or Flexidip (Rustoleum brand) is a non-permanent, rubber based paint. It can easily be peeled off or buffed out (if too thin to peel) if you change your mind about color. IMHO, the better choice between dip or vinyl wrap. I finished the interior & gas cap, see pictures Here's a link from Top Gear: http://topgearjobs.com/blog/plasti-...-are-significant-differences-especially-cost/
