Those that gone the aftermarket wheel route, can y'all post pics of your wheels, tires, and setup? Provide details if possible to give those of us still in limbo some inspiration!

    17" fuel hostage wheels with BFG KO2's in a 225 65r 17. 1" Renegade Ready spacers.
Wheels are 8" from bead to bead. 35+ offset. Spacers were needed to clear the strut.
1" lift kit installed, but they seem as though they would fit without it.

BF Goodrich KO2 A/T ALL TERRAIN 225/75 R16; G-force lift kit 1"; 0,5 cm spacers on the front and 2,3 cm spacers on the rear.
    No rubbing at all.
    Good strut clearance (1 cm)

DAMMIT!!! This is almost exactly what I wanted....except the spacers!! Im hoping an aftermarket 16" with that size KO2 is eventually what I want to do...guess I know I cant do the factory steelies w/o a spacer  now to hope someone makes a nice 16x7.5 that comes in black or matte, and doesn't need a spacer to kick away from the strut....yay waiting!!o_O

will the 16" steel rims off a sport fit on a TH without spacers?

...also, how much do the sport 16" steel rims weigh compared to the TH 17" ?

Yes, the steel rims definetely fit even without spacers.

Of course they are heavier than the stock alloy ones, but not so much (15-20%).
What is really heavier is the tyre if compared with the stock one (here in Europe TH is equipped with Good Year Vector 215/60 R17)

Here are some other pics in the sun and a final one with the "before/after" wheels comparison Renny in the sun_1.jpeg Renny in the sun_2.jpeg Renny in the sun_3.jpeg Wheels comparison.jpeg

Did the tires/wheels fit w/o the spacers?! Or did you just put spacers on to widen the stance?

Steel rims fit with brake calipers without spacers.
Tyres fit without spacers, but with 1" lift kit (G-force).
Without any wheel spacer there is no rubbing at all, but the tyre is really close to the strut (3-4 mm)

my advice is to use 0,5 cm or 1 cm spacer on the front and what ever you want on the rear (no problem there).

Are those rims 17x8 0r 17x7? Any idea if a 40mm offset would work?
