I quit this is the last dealer I went to in Vegas . Chapman owns most of them this dealer was 215 super store. As soon as me and the wife walk in they put paper in front of us and said fill this out.i told the dude NFW . I want letting anyone run my credit ever again and recking it. Also he tryed to sell me a grand Cherokee I said no. Then he said they need my credit score that tells them my payment. I told the wife lets leave. Never let a car dealer run your credit untill you have a 100% deal. I learned a hard lesson. 2 years ago we went to look at a ford SUV awd they just came out a cmax. Well the ford dealer ran my credit on an open pool were all lenders bid for your car loan. The car I put a deposit on at 3 pm the salesman did not pull the car and at 7pm we went back to get our car they resold it. So we lost the car and paperwork in hours lost. The following week I'm getting letters from 10 lenders saying they will give me an auto loan and the interest rate. Since they hit my trw my credit score went from 728 to 665. Because so many hit your trw. I find out there's 2 credit checks hard and soft. A soft trw is the look to see if your working and can afford the item like a store card ect... A hard trw is a contract type the dealer did or a mortuge company would do to set an interest rate. Never Never let a car dealer do your credit check unless your 100% sure.
Well after dinner I get a all from sarha jeep they were the first dealer I went to at the beginning of the year and lost my order when I went back into the hospital. Jeep was giveing dealers 10 grand rebate on old 2016 models that did not move and would I be interested. I got switch and bated. We go there and the trail hawk just was sold. And the only trail Hawks that qui lid for the rebate was a dk cherry red. It's loaded for only $29.000 a $40,000 jeep the wife loves the thing talk money first he says jeeps interest rate is 5.5%. I said pal my interest on my 2014 is 1.3 %. He tells me this dealership and jeep have a predetermined interest rate of 5.0-5.9. I said my score is 700. He said this dealership does not shot gun your credit. If I put 2,500-5,000 down they will submit me to the 50 bank pool and he garented my credit to go down 100 points. When each bank runs my trw . I got pissed and me and the wife left. I'm done with looking in Vegas . Maybe when I visit my daughter in Tucson next month I'll look.
